Wilmslow Office Park is located in Cheshire, a short distance from Wilmslow town centre and Manchester Airport. Wilmslow is a highly desirable town 12 miles south of Manchester city centre. Wilmslow has a population of around 38,000 and offers a large range of retail and leisure facilities as well as an excellent choice of hotels, restaurants, bars, and cafés to suit all tastes. 	The park occupies a prominent position on the A538 Altrincham Road. Junction 6 of the M56 is less than 2 miles away, and to the east the A34 provides direct access to Junction 4 of the M60 orbital motorway and Manchester city centre.
	Wilmslow rail station is less than 2 miles from the park, which provides direct rail links to London and Manchester Piccadilly. Frequent services link both Wilmslow and Manchester Airport stations to the city centre with a journey time of approximately 20 minutes.
	Manchester International Airport is five minutes by car from the park, offering straightforward access for domestic and international travel. The airport is the UK’s largest outside London, handling more than 20 million passengers every year, and is considered to be the single most important economic driver in the north West region. Today, a third of the UK population lives within a two hour drive time of the airport.
